The City of St. Joseph Animal Control and Rescue offers many education resources for both children and adults. We find education a highly valuable tool in our daily interaction with the community and it’s animals.   • Classroom visits regarding animal care and/or animal safety

  • IMPACT Program – education on city ordinances pertaining to animals as well as animal care practices

  • Low cost Spay/Neuter Programs
